Why Join our Trust?

• Autonomy: It is important schools have a choice as to which Multi Academy Trust to join. By joining Elveden Schools Trust, you can be part of the journey and some local governors may wish to sit on the board of Trustees so that they can continue to support all schools in the trust and be part of the decisions made. We value the uniqueness of individual schools and understand that this brings many benefits to being inclusive and diverse. 

• Support: School-to-School support so that all schools can benefit from the experience and skills across the Trust. We are stronger together in an ever changing educational climate and this has a direct impact on pupils and wellbeing/workload of staff. 

• Leadership: The Trust structure facilitates access to strong and shared leadership to hundreds more pupils. Leaders have the opportunity to develop and share expertise across schools and we invest heavily is staff CPD and opportunities to learn and work with those within the trust as well as other trusts that we have formed partnership working with.

• Economies of scale: Elveden Schools Trust encourages economies of scale in shared services so that school budgets are prioritised in the classrooms for the benefit of the children.
